Queijadinha - Y1

In order to experience a bit of Brazilian Culture during the month of our School’s June Festival, Y1 prepared a recipe called queijadinha during cooking class. At first, students were surprised at the fact that they would add cheese to this dessert, but after adding some other ingredients and tasting it, they thought it was worth the try. In this class, they also learned about quantities and the process of transformation present in baking.

INGREDIENTES:
1 XÍCARA DE COCO RALADO
1 LATA DE LEITE CONDENSADO
1 COLHER DE SOPA DE QUEIJO PARMESÃO RALADO
2 GEMAS DE OVO

MODO DE PREPARO:
1. PREAQUEÇA O FORNO A  200ºC.
2. MISTURE TODOS OS INGREDIENTES EM UMA TIGELA.
3. COLOQUE A MISTURA EM FORMINHAS DE PAPEL.
4. ASSE NO FORNO ATÉ QUE AS QUEIJADINHAS ESTEJAM DOURADAS.
