Passion fruit mousse - Y1


Our Y1 students were surprised to see that with only a few ingredients this recipe could taste so delicious and fresh. They also were curious to open the passion fruit and remove the pulp that went into the blender with their mashed banana and the frozen pulp. They decorated their bowls with some mint for a special touch.

INGREDIENTS:
2 – 3 bananas
100g frozen passion fruit pulp
1 passion fruit

METHOD:
Peel and mash the bananas and place into the blender. Cut open the passion fruit and scoop out the pulp. Mix into the blender with the frozen pulp and blend. Serve your mousse cold in a bowl and decorate with a sprig of mint.
