Mashed Potatoes - Y2

Y2 were happy to be attending classes in person and went through protocols again, helping each other get ready. We prepared a variation of a mashed potato recipe which included a brazilian root vegetable, "mandioquinha", or peruvian manioc, and added some herbs and ricotta cream and they mashed it all in their individual bowls.

INGREDIENTS
1 regular potato
1 mandioquinha peruvian manioc
50g butter
1 glass warm milk
50g ricotta cream
50g grated parmesan cheese
50g mussarella cheese
herbs: chives and parsley

Method:
Peel and mash the root vegetables. Add the butter, some warm milk and ricotta cream. Chop the chives and parsley and the mussarella cheese and mix all together. Add herbs and parmesan cheese to taste.
