Manioc mini cake - Y4

grated the manioc for these delicious cakes that remind us of traditional June
Parties. We blended all with coconut and condensed milk for this easy recipe,
and then they oiled and filled their own baking trays before devouring at least
one mini-cake each.
INGREDIENTS
1 tin of
condensed milk (380g)
200g grated
coconut
300-400g
manioc (cassava)
METHOD
Peel and
grate the manioc (also known as cassava) and slowly add it to a powerful
blender, after having mixed the condensed milk and coconut to obtain a creamy
texture. The result will be a cheese-looking, lumpy texture that can be
transferred to a baking tray and placed in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees
Celsius for around 25 minutes, until brown.
