GRAPES COVERED WITH CHOCOLATE

Y2A and Y3 made some delicious, typical recipes for celebrating the month of June in party style. Our students had fun chopping up the chocolate and placing grapes and other fruit on sticks, and also mixing all the ingredients, but what they most enjoyed was tasting this yummy delicacy.  

Ingredients: 1 b100g dark chocolate 

- 50%ox green seedless grapes
1 carton dairy cream (200ml) 1 can condensed milk Long Sticks for barbecue or toothpicks
To decorate: suggestions as- coconut flakes, peanuts, grated chocolate, etc.

METHOD 

1-Wash grapes and other desired fruit and place on sticks. 
2-Chop the dark chocolate and add to pan with condensed millk.
3-If with adult, stir constantly with wooden spoon on minimum heat until a little thicker and sticky and turn off to cool. If alone, just mix with condensed milk to mix in the chocolate.
4- Add spoons of dairy cream until desired consistency and taste. 
3- Cover grapes with mixture of chocolate.
4- For decoration, use your imagination and leave in fridge to cool, if you can wait.
