Frozen mango sorbet - Y1

Y1 were happy to end the year with a recipe of frozen fruit, making a healthy dish that was also simple and tasty, and that used our trademark ingredients: herbs, spices, variety and fun. Mint and lime brought out extra flavor and you can add banana to this recipe if you like.

INGREDIENTS:
1 mango- cut and frozen
1 sprig of mint
¼ lemon or lime
1 tbsp coconut milk
½ banana- cut and frozen (optional)
1 tsp honey and or vanilla.

METHOD:
Cut and peel the mango (and banana if included) and freeze. Then, blend with coconut milk, mint and drops of lemon, vanilla and honey. Serve frozen.
