Nori or Kale Wraps

Y1 were so pleased to have a choice to use seaweed nori to make these healthy wraps filled with vegetarian ingredients for a crunchy, fresh snack. They filled in their own kale or seaweed squares according to their choice and were very happy to eat it.

INGREDIENTS
1 SEAWEED square sheet
1 handful red cabbage
1 handful green cabbage
½ carrot
1 jar hearts of palm
1 tomato
1 jar cream cheese spread or ricotta cheese
Salt and olive oil

METHOD 
Chop a variety of vegetables for filling. For wrap, cut seaweed until halfway to separate in 4 parts to place a different filling in each quarter. First, spread cheese in one quarter, then fold over and place second filling of choice, fold, fill and fold again. For kale wrap, place in hot water pan for 2-3 minutes to soften and follow same steps.
