Coconut banana rolls - Y1
Y1 students enjoyed making these banana balls with coconut that they rolled, first with a fork and then with their hands. But what they enjoyed the most was devouring them!
INGREDIENTS
1 banana
4 tbsps of grated coconut
2-4 tbsps of milk powder
METHOD
Peel and mash the banana with a fork. Mix it with the milk powder and half of the grated coconut until you have a consistence to roll into round balls. Then, coat the balls in the rest of the coconut. Enjoy cold, if you can wait!
