Cheese tacos - Y4

Y4 enjoyed shredding the cheese and melting it to form mini-tacos to fill with their mixture of tomatoes, avocadoes and black beans. They also enjoyed making the sour cream by mixing the lemon juice into the cream cheese and spreading it all with herbs onto their special tacos.

INGREDIENTS
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Sour cream
Diced avocado
Chopped tomatoes
Black beans
 Freshly chopped cilantro
1 squeezed lemon.

Method: 
First prepare the filling for the cheese taco with sour cream, diced avocado, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, a spoon of cooked black beans and dress with lemon. Shred the mozzarella cheese and shape it into a small circle onto a baking tray covered with baking paper. When it melts, remove from oven and let cool and then remove the circle of cheese from the parchment paper.  Shape it into a semi-circled taco and fill in your mixture.
