Cheese Bread - Y1

Y1 students learned about the importance of this special manioc flour and its properties, and could also observe how few ingredients mixed together could turn into delicious balls of flavor. They also made progress in terms of handling food and understanding how flour combined to become firmer or stickier.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups FERMENTED MANIOC FLOUR (250G or1/2 pack) 
200g grated mussarella cheese (or 100g mussarella and 100g parmesan)
1 carton (200g) Dairy cream  

METHOD
Mix all together in a bowl until it stops sticking to the sides and separate into small balls. Place on tray lined with paper and bake in oven at 200 Celsius for 20 to 30 minutes, until light brown.
