Beetroot Dip


INGREDIENTS:

1 SMALL BEETROOT, COOKED AND PEELED
4 TABLESPOONS OF CREAM CHEESE
1/4 LIME
1 TEASPOON OF OLIVE OIL 
1 PINCH OF SALT
1 PINCH OF OREGANO

STEPS:
1. CUT THE BEETROOT IN CHUNKS AND MASH IT USING A FORK.
2. PLACE THE CREAM CHEESE IN A SMALL BOWL, ADD THE MASHED BEETROOT AND MIX.
3. SEASON WITH SOME DROPS OF LIME, OLIVE OIL, SALT AND OREGANO.
4. ENJOY WITH TOASTS, BREAD OR VEGETABLES LIKE CARROT AND CUCUMBER STICKS.
