YOGHURT CAKE
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
½ cup plain yoghurt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder

PROCEDURES

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease muffin tins or round cake tin.
2. Blend egg, oil and sugar very well.
3. Add yoghurt and flour.
4. Pour in a bowl and mix in baking powder.
5. Transfer the mixture to the tin. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Yields: 12 slices
