SPECIAL BROWNIE

INGREDIENTS

1 cup butter, melted
3 cups white sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

 

PROCEDURES:

1. Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly grease a small baking sheet.
2. Combine melted butter, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl using an electric mixer. Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each, until thoroughly mixed.
3. Sift together flour, cocoa powder and salt. Gradually stir flour mixture into chocolate mixture until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly onto prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake in preheated oven until an inserted toothpick comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.

Yields: 20 servings
