PROCEDURES
1. Using
wire whisk, beat together egg, milk and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt and baking powder) into the
other mixing bowls.
3. Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture.
4. Grease and heat a skillet.
5. Pour some of the batter in skillet with the ladle.
6. When the top of the pancake dries, flip it over to brown the other
side.
7. Serve with your favourite topping. ( golden syrup, sugar and cinnamon,
chocolate sauce, jam)
Yield: 6 small pancakes
