INGREDIENTS

3 eggs
1 orange very well washed, cut into 4 pieces with seeds removed
½ cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Blend eggs, orange, oil and sugar well.
3. Add 1 cup flour and keep mixing.
4. Put remaining flour and baking powder in a bowl and pour orange mixture.
5. Grease round cake pan.  Pour batter and bake for 25 minutes.
