PROCEDURES
1. Simmer
white beans and lentils until they are soft.
2. In medium saucepan, fry onions in olive oil until brown.
3. Add ginger, diced tomatoes, carrots, pepper and water until carrots
are soft.
4. Put lentils and white beans in the saucepan and bring to boil for a
few minutes.
5. Puree half of the soup in a processor or blender. Return the pureed
soup to saucepan, stir and serve hot with your favorite pepper sauce.
