GUACAMOLE

INGREDIENTS

½ ripe avocado
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp red bell pepper, finely diced
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp tomato, peeled, seeded and finely diced
hot sauce ( to taste)

Guacamole, a Mexican appetizer, is normally served with corn tortilla chips. “Doritos” are similar and can be used as a substitute. Eat Guacamole by dipping the chip into it.

PROCEDURES

1. On a plate mash avocado with a fork.
2. Using a serving bowl mix avocado, lemon juice and salt well.
3. Add parsley, red bell pepper, tomato, olive oil and pepper sauce. Mix well and serve.
