Lychee and lime fruit salad

Ingredients

¼ cup sugar
Lime zest
Lime juice ( from 1/2 lime)
200 g canned lychees
½ mango, finely sliced
½ apple, finely sliced
½ banana gently sliced
½ star fruit
1 tsp toasted sesame

 

Procedures

1. In a small saucepan put sugar, lime zest and 1 cup of water.

2. Heat until sugar is dissolved, and then let lime zest juice boil for 4 minutes.

3. Let lime zest juice cool, aside.

4. Drain lychees and put the lychee juice and lime juice in the cooled juice.

5. In a medium bowl put together lychees, banana, star fruit, apple and mango.

6. Pour juice mixture, mix gently and put in refrigerator for 1 hour.

7. Serve in small bowls and sprinkle toasted sesame on top.
