Lychee
and lime fruit salad |

cup sugar |

Procedures 1. In a small saucepan put sugar, lime zest and 1 cup of water. 2. Heat until sugar is dissolved, and then let lime zest juice boil for 4 minutes. 3. Let lime zest juice cool, aside. 4. Drain lychees and put the lychee juice and lime juice in the cooled juice. 5. In a medium bowl put together lychees, banana, star fruit, apple and mango. 6. Pour juice mixture, mix gently and put in refrigerator for 1 hour. 7. Serve in small bowls and sprinkle toasted sesame on top. Yields: 4 portions
