¼ cup margarine
3 tbsp chopped onions
1 garlic (pressed)
1 cup chopped stalks
¾ cup grated carrot
2 tsp salt
¾ cup manioc flour
½ tomato, chopped without seeds
PROCEDURES
1. Melt margarine
in skillet.
2. Fry onions and garlic until golden.
3. Add stalks and tomato; let them cook for 3 minutes continuously mixing.
4. Mix in carrot and salt.
5. Add manioc flour and continue to cook for a minute.
