CORNMEAL CAKE

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp margarine
¼ cup oil
50g grated cheese
1 cup milk
4 ½ tbsp cornmeal
1 ½ tsp baking powder

PROCEDURES

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Grease a baking sheet.
3. Blend eggs, sugar, oil and margarine.
4. Add milk and grated cheese. Mix until well blended.
5. Add cornmeal and blend again.
6. Using wooden spoon stir in baking powder.
7. Pour into the baking sheet.
8. Bake cake for 35 to 40 minutes.
