PROCEDURES
1. Cut beef
into thin strips. Cover with flour and set aside.
2. Heat wok (special Chinese pan) and add oil. When oil is ready, stir-fry
onion.
3. Add beef and fry for a while. Add vegetables, stir-fry again.
( about 3 minutes)
4. Place meat broth, soy sauce and let vegetables boil for 10 minutes
until tender.
5. While preparing vegetables, boil noodles in water until “al dente”.
Drain.
6. Once vegetables are cooked mix oyster sauce.
7. Place noodles in serving bowl or plate, cover with vegetables and beef
Chop Suey, toss together and serve.
Yield: 2 portions
