Vegetables and Beef Chop Suey and Noodles

INGREDIENTS

125g noodles
¼ onions sliced thinly
½ carrot sliced thinly
2 leaves Swiss chard
4 broccoli florets
1 cup chopped cabbage
200 g beef sliced into strips
6 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup meat broth
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp vegetable oil

PROCEDURES

1. Cut beef into thin strips. Cover with flour and set aside.
2. Heat wok (special Chinese pan) and add oil. When oil is ready, stir-fry onion.
3. Add beef and fry for a while. Add vegetables, stir-fry again.
( about 3 minutes)
4. Place meat broth, soy sauce and let vegetables boil for 10 minutes until tender.
5. While preparing vegetables, boil noodles in water until “al dente”. Drain.
6. Once vegetables are cooked mix oyster sauce.
7. Place noodles in serving bowl or plate, cover with vegetables and beef Chop Suey, toss together and serve.
