SPECIAL CHOCOLATE CAKE
(MOTHER´S DAY)

INGREDIENTS

6 eggs
8 tbsp sugar
100 g margarine
6 tbsp powder chocolate
100 g desiccated coconut
1 tbsp baking powder
250g chocolate chips or bar

PROCEDURES

1. Preheat oven to 180?C. Lightly grease small baking sheet and dust breadcrumbs.
2. Blend eggs, sugar and margarine very well in blender.
3. Add powder chocolate and coconut. Blend again.
4. Add baking powder and gently mix.
5. Transfer mixture to baking sheet.
6. Bake cake for 15-20 minutes.
7. Melt bar of chocolate for 3 minutes in microwave and cover the cake.

Yields: 12 square pieces
