Dear Stance Dual School community,

I am a new member of the staff and I am writing to introduce myself. My full name is Luccia Ghisalberti, I have worked in the classroom and at the Library at St. Paul’s School before coming to work here.
At Stance Dual I will work in two different positions, that are both linked to Mrs. Fusiarska’s Library.

Luccia is the Cultural Agent.
I will plan activities and participate in events within the School, with the intention to promote the delight for reading and to invite everyone to use the Library facilities more often.
Also, if you open the School’s link and go to the ‘Library section’, you will find suggestions of theatres and events going on Around Town, New Books that were bought for our Library and/or Poems and Short Stories.
I would like to invite everyone to participate in giving your suggestions of things to do and/or a poem/story that you like.

Culture is generated by the community, therefore, we can use our Library to be the center for a rich exchange to happen within Stance Dual School.

Ms. Ghisalberti is the Storyteller.
I wear a special storyteller hat and let my imagination free, when I am reading a poem or a story.
Storytelling is an art and it is a great gift for children, nowadays, to be able to sit down and relax and let their minds fly to different worlds, cultures and lifestyles, where everything can happen.
They will also have the opportunity to learn about different authors’ ideas and their use of words, which will hopefully enhance their writing skills.

I am very glad to be part of Stance Dual School and I hope we will have a wonderful year full of cultural expressions of coexistence!
